Mark a team as clinched

When a team clinches a playoff spot, first place in the division, or first place in the conference or league, you can add a clinching letter next to the team in the standings page on your league website.

  1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click Playoff > Clinching.
  2. In the Season drop-down list, select a season.
  3. Next to the team that clinched, do one of the following (figure 1):
    • If the team clinched a playoff spot, select the checkbox in the X column.
    • If the team clinched first place in the division, select the checkbox in the Y column.
    • If the team clinched first place in the conference or league, select the checkbox in the Z column.
  4. Click Save Changes.
