Scorekeeper - How do I record a goal?

If your league does not track the location of shots on goal, new goals can be entered on the scoring tab by completing the below fields under the appropriate team heading:
  • Period - period the goal was scored
  • Time - time the goal was scored (mm:ss)
  • Type - the code for the type of goal:
    EN=Empty Net
    PP=Power Play
    SH=Short Handed
    EN.SH=Empty Net Short Handed
    EN.PP=Empty Net Power Play
  • Goal - player that scored the goal
  • Assist 1 - first player that assisted (if applicable)
  • Assist 2 - second player that assisted (if applicable).

If your league tracks plus/minus, you can enter on-ice player details now or after the goal is published. To enter details now, click the Plus+ and Minus- text boxes in the New Goal section. From the drop-down menus, make appropriate player selections.

Click the Publish button to save the goal.

If your league tracks shot location, all goals are then recorded from the Tools tab.
