Scorekeeper - The player I need to add to the roster is not listed, how can I add them?

If the player is not listed in the roster, click the "Add new Player" link at the bottom of the pop-up window. Enter the first and last name of the player in the appropriate boxes, then click "Search."

Sometimes the player you are trying to add is already in the league database, if that is the case, a table will be displayed with the player ID, first name, last name, current team, position and date of birth. If this is the player you need to add to your lineup, click the "Transfer This Player" button.

If the player you need to add is not in the database, click the "Continue Adding Player" button to proceed. Fill in the information in the New Player form. At the bottom of the form, in the "Team History" box, make sure that the current team, season, and start date are correctly set, then click "Update." This will add the player to the database, and make the player available to be added to the lineup.

NOTE: In many cases, the player is already in the database, however the start date in the player's profile is incorrectly set. This is especially important for games that are scored after they have been completed. If the date in the player profile is after the game date, the player will not be available to add to the game sheet.
