Only league admins can edit/add staff for the teams.
Navigating to Staff Management
Login to LeagueStat Admin, select League Administration, then Team>Staff Management, as shown in the screenshot below.
The Staff Management screen displays all staff assigned to a team on a per season basis.
- Use the Season toggle tool to select the desired season.
- Use the Team toggle tool to select the desired team (default is ‘All’).
- Staff can be seen under the roster.
- Click the pencil icon to be directed to the selected person’s Team History profile page.
- If you want to add new staff to the roster, please click on League Administration > People > search for the staff if they already exist in database or create new person and enter the team history with the correct role/season/team and start/end dates.
Open Record Warnings
Team staff members with historic open records (season records without an identified end date) will display with a small yield symbol inside a field highlighted in red. Clicking the pencil icon will open a new browser tab and direct to the person in question’s Team History tab, with the record at issue highlighted in yellow.
