Only league admins can edit/add staff for the teams. 

Navigating to Staff Management

Login to LeagueStat Admin, select League Administration, then Team>Staff Management, as shown in the screenshot below.

The Staff Management screen displays all staff assigned to a team on a per season basis.    

  1. Use the Season toggle tool to select the desired season.
  2. Use the Team toggle tool to select the desired team (default is ‘All’).
  3. Staff can be seen under the roster.
  4. Click the pencil icon to be directed to the selected person’s Team History profile page.
  5. If you want to add new staff to the roster, please click on League Administration > People > search for the staff if they already exist in database or create new person and enter the team history with the correct role/season/team and start/end dates.

Open Record Warnings

Team staff members with historic open records (season records without an identified end date) will display with a small yield symbol inside a field highlighted in red.  Clicking the pencil icon will open a new browser tab and direct to the person in question’s Team History tab, with the record at issue highlighted in yellow.
