In some cases, content that you publish on your website’s home page doesn’t appear. To fix this issue, try completing the following steps: 

First, make sure that the content you created is published as a Page and that it is connected to a Section under the customizer. To do this, click Appearance > Customize > Homepage Layout and then select one of the sections that are available. 

You will want to make sure that the section you selected is enabled (Figure 1). 

Next, make sure that Page is selected as the Page Type and that the correct page is selected under Select a Page (Figure 2).
