Change a user's roles

A user’s roles define the level of access each user has to specific features and functionality of LeagueStat. For instance, a SysAdmin can perform league administration tasks, such as creating a new season, merging player profiles, and adding new users, while a Scorekeeper has access only to the scorekeeping portion of LeagueStat.
 
  1. In the menu on the left of the screen, click League Configuration > Users.
  2. Do any of the following:
    • To search for a user by name, username, or email address, select any of the checkboxes in the upper left of the screen (figure 1).
    • To filter by user role, in the User type drop-down list, select a user type.
  3. Type a search term (for instance, a username).
  4. Click a user’s name.
  5. Do any of the following:
    • To add a new role to the user, next to a role, select the Yes option.
    • To remove a role from the user, next to a role, select the No option (figure 2).
  6. Click Submit.
