Why are points incorrect in Standings?

LeagueStat.com calculates Standings based on the point formula provided during season setup. Each season can be configured to have its own point calculation formula. 
Select League Configuration, click Seasons, then select the season you wish to edit from menu and click the view button. 
Under Points, enter the values for each outcome type:
  • Regulation Win - enter the amount of point that should be awarded to a team that wins in regulation time
  • OT Win - enter the amount of points that should be awarded to a team that wins in overtime
  • OT Loss - enter the amount of points that should be awarded to a team that loses in overtime
  • Tie - if your league allows ties, enter the amount of points each team receives when the game ends in a tie. If your league does not allow ties, enter 0. 

 Click Save to update these settings. 
Note: Any changes made to the point calculation formula will not take effect until the next time a game status changes to "Final" and the standings are recalculated. If you need the standings table updated immediately, please open a support ticket .
